Wholesale Accounts

How do I make a wholesale account?
To become a wholesale customer you must complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to orders@banquetworkshop.com with 'Wholesale Registration' as the subject line.
2. We'll reply with an application form, please fill it out and send it back, and we will be in touch with your new account login!

Wholesale Online Shopping and Pricing

What is your minimum order?  
Our opening order minimum is $200. Subsequent re-orders are minimum $150.     
How do I see wholesale prices on the site?

If you already have a wholesale account with us, log in to see wholesale prices reflected sitewide. If you do not yet have a wholesale account, you can register here

Is everything on the site available for wholesale?

Yes! With the exception of Framed prints, the entire site is available to our wholesale customers. If you are logged in, all products will automatically be shown at their wholesale cost. Framed prints are available to retail customers only. You can also shop quickly by ordering from our quick order form here.

What are your product minimums?
Notecards -  6 per style
Boxed Sets - 4 per style
Calendars - 6 of a kind
Tattoos - 6 per style 
Art Prints - 2 per style
Notebooks - 4 per style 
Garland/ Gifttag - 6 per style 
Tea Towels - 4 per style 
Napkins - 4 per style 
Pillows - 2 per style 
I do not see the product I want to order on your site.
If you are looking for something you see in our physical catalog, we may have sold out or be in the process of reprinting that product since the latest print of the catalog. We do our darnedest to avoid this, however! Best practice is to send us an email with the products you are looking for, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Placing a wholesale order

To begin the order process, sign in to your account and start filling your cart. If you prefer to see all products at once please click Quick Order and all products will be displayed. 
I do not see the'submit order' button on my cart page.
 If your order has not reached our required minimum cart total, you will not be able to complete a wholesale order. If this is your first order, make sure your cart total is at least $200 USD. If you've ordered before, your cart must contain at least $150 USD worth of product.
I want to change a product or quantity in my order. 
If you've already submitted your order, but would like to add more or change something, send us an email at orders@banquetworkshop.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
How long will it take for you to process my order and send me my finalized invoice?
Estimated production time for processing orders is 2-3 days.
I have received my finalized invoice, how do I pay?
The email we send you with your invoice will have a payment button in it. Click it, login in to your Banquet workshop account, and enter your payment details.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Amex for order payment.
Do you do Consignment?
Sorry, no, we do not do consignment orders.


How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the size and weight of the packed box containing your order, and your location. We ship Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Don't hesitate to email us with questions about the shipping cost of your order! 
Do you drop ship?
No, we do not drop ship at this time.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
What method do you use to ship?
We ship Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking.
Can we use your photos for our social media, website or online store?
If you want to use our images please credit us as 'Photos by Banquet Workshop.'
