How do I make an account?
An account is a useful way to track previous orders with us, and to check out quickly, with saved payment and shipping information. To make an account, Click here.
Where do I login to my account?
You can log in from the top right link of any page, or click here.
Do I have to make an account if I want to buy something?
Nope! It's your choice. If you want to save payment and shipping information, by all means make an account. If you'd prefer to check out as a guest, no problem.
I do not see the product I want to order on your site, or the product is sold out.
If you are looking for something you see in our physical catalog, or linked from another website, we may have sold out or be in the process of reprinting that product. We do our darnedest to avoid this, however! Best practice is to send us an email with the products you are looking for, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Placing an order
To begin the order process, simply begin adding to your cart. You can check your cart at anytime in the top right hand corner of any page on the site.
I want to change a product or quantity in my cart.
Head over to your cart, which you'll find by clicking the cart image in the top right, where you'll be able to change quantity of anything in your cart. Click update after you've made your changes, and your cart will reflect your changes.
I want to add/change something in my order, but I've already paid.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Amex for order payment.
How long will it take for you to process and then ship my order?
Estimated production time for processing orders is 2-3 days. Depending on where you live, shipping time will vary.
Why is the shipping estimate different than what I finally pay?
The shipping estimate tool is useful for giving you a ballpark only, sorry! We do our best to make sure it is accurate as it can be.
How do you ship?
We ship using Canada Post and USPS.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the size and weight of the packed box containing your order, and your location. We ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Don't hesitate to email us with questions about the shipping cost of your order!
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred from shipping on International orders.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
