about the only thing that really grew in the garden this year was the kale. a lot of kale.

my current favourite way to eat it is in this salad from bon appétit: kale crisped and crumbled over thai herbs, peashoots, cucumbers and radishes, all in a lime thai dressing.

completely amazingly delicious.
