When my cats were kittens they used to eat anything and everything we left out on the counter. Including tomatoes. It was crazy, and nothing seemed to deter them. 

They eventually grew out of this phase, but posting our new tote bags today reminded me of the animals in our lives and what we love them for, and how grateful I am to have cats, but also to have cats who leave my gorgeous end-of-summer garden tomatoes alone so I can eat them myself.
